Provides telephone communications with hearing persons using most touch Tone telephones
Communicates with both Baudot and ASCII TDDs, providing the user a full-screen view of the datalog from both parties.
Auto Answer mode records messages from touch tone telephone and TDD callers and notes the time/date of the call

The programmable modem provides the ability to communicate with ASCII bulletin boards, allowing the user to browse, inquire and send messages

With 640KB of memory installed, programs up to 256K may be run with PhoneCommunicator active; larger programs require an optional memory management program, ?software Carousel form SoftLogic Solutions.
To transfer files to/from other systems or to use the PhoneCommunicator adapter in terminal emulation, the user needs an optional communications program, CrossTalk XVI (version 3.61A) from Digital Communications Associates (PhoneCommunicator is not available when this program is active).
The optional programs require a fixed disk.
